Report:

This past semester has been one of growth and learning for Gamma chapter. We welcomed Epsilon class into the brotherhood and went through a very successful rush period, after which we pinned a pledge class of 16 men. Gamma also participated in a multitude of service projects and social events. Recently, brothers participated in Buckeyethon, a dance marathon to raise money for sick children, which raised over $600,000! The chapter was also grateful to have distinguished OSU and Sigma Pi alumni, Jack Park, come to chapter and share his wisdom with us. In the coming months, Gamma chapter looks forward to participation in The Best Day of Your Life, a campus wide mental health awareness initiative, and a fantastic Greek Week.

The Theta-Eta Chapter has been busy. In January, we initiated 19 gentlemen and repeated as having the highest GPA among the IFC Chapters and fifth among all Greek lettered organizations. In February, we hosted our 10th Annual Orchid Ball. We had many alumni return to the campus to help us celebrate 10 years since our Chartering on January 23, 2003. On April 13th, we will be hosting our annual Firefighter Day. We will be hosting an Alumni event prior to the start of Firefighter Day and are hoping that Alumni will consider coming in a little early for the event and attend Chapter meeting on Sunday. We will also be hosting the Omega Ceremony for those graduating Brothers on April 28th starting at 3pm. We hope that you can attend. For those Sigma Pi Alumni from other Chapters in the Hampton Roads area, we encourage you to come out to our meetings on Sundays at 3pm or our events. Report:

The spring semester has been very exciting for our chapter. We recently just initiated the Theta Xi class and are very excited to have a group of great guys added to our chapter. So far this semester we have had a great recruitment process with outstanding new members. One thing that we are happy with this semester is our planning of potentially clean fire trucks on campus for our ACE Project. We are keeping outstanding excellence both on and off campus and can't wait for next fall for successful recruitment! We have also been participating in as many philanthropy events in which our budget allows. With our Founder's Day coming up soon and after our amazing 100 year centennial celebration last fall we our hoping for an amazing alumni turnout!

Report:

2012 turned out to be a year of triumph for the men of the Gamma Rho chapter of Sigma Pi at Western Michigan University. Following an amazing spring semester and prior to the beginning of the Fall 2012 semester, the Gamma Rho chapter was expelled from the university. The gentlemen of the chapter found themselves facing great adversity. Sticking together, the brothers relocated themselves. They began an appeal campaign to get the University to allow them to keep their charter on campus. With the thunderous voice of the entire Greek community, the Sigma Pi Gamma Rho Alumni, and the faculty and students of Western Michigan University, the appeal process went through, and the chapter remains an active chapter of the WMU Greek community. Following the first week of spring recruitment, the chapter has already bid 4 new members, with other promising potential members seriously considering the opportunity to join.

Our brothers went to support another brothers band The Last Limit as a brotherhood event. The concert was at Nesslerod Bed & breakfast and as a result of there support they were able to donate money made at the concert to support the local organization Radford Records.
