Instructions:  Every man accepting an invitation to membership in Sigma Pi must complete this form. This form and payment of the required pledge deposit (which is part of this on-line process) to The Executive Office is required within ten (10) days of the chapter/colony ceremony. No candidate shall be initiated until this form is approved and returned to the Chapter Sage/ Colony President.

For your $150 pledge deposit you will receive a copy of the I Believe Manual and The Study Guide for Academic Success, a one year subscription to the Emerald, and coverage under Sigma Pi's member accident policy, which is in effect as long as you are a member in good standing with the Fraternity.
