All chapters should begin utilizing this method of New Member registration instead of paper forms.   The new on-line process happens in three stages.   Each stage has a form and is described in the table below.   For more information, read the On-Line New Member Registration - Chapter Process Guide. Stage Form Name Description 1 M-2: Pledge and Membership Record The is the first of three stages in Sigma Pi Fraternity's online new member registration process. Please follow the link and complete your registration following these steps: Provide Chapter and New Member Information Provide University/College and High School Information. Enter any relatives that are Sigma Pi's. Pay Pledge Registration Fee. ($100.00) Print copy of confirmation of registration for the chapter or colony's records. 2 Sage Approval to Initiate / Membership Form and Payment Manager Each chapter Sage will be provided a user code and password in order to authorize pledges from their chapter to complete the process of initiation in Stage 3 (M-3 form below). Chapter Sages/Officers can now use this section to pay for multiple M-2 and M-3 forms in a single on-line payment. Note: The Executive Office will provide the password for the chapter to maintain security and help ensure that the actual chapter sage is completing this process. We will also have the Sage provide the initation date in this step, not the new member. 3 M-3: Initiate Registration In order to process your initiate registration, a pledge and membership record must have been successfully completed in stage 1 and you must be approved by your chapter Sage in stage 2. If you have been approved to initiate by your chapter, please follow the link and complete your registration following these steps: Member log in. Review your membership information and update if necessary. Type your name as you want it to appear on your membership credentials and Pay Initiate Fee.
